I am looking for an offshore opening worldwide to work in the capacity of a Chiefcook.The last position i held was sous chef since 2014 onboard many CUK cruise vessels.As the nature of the job demands i have worked as sous chef in charge of Restobar-Glasshouse,Athul Kotcher's Sindhu-serving Modern Indian food with a British twist,Main Galley Production-managing a team of 40-50 chefs,P&O 's own fine dining Restaurant The Epicurean-Inspired Recipes from Marco Pierre White and as a second chef of the ship's buffet areas,Pizzeria and the Burger bar.I have a passion for menu developing, cooking,experimenting,food presentation and enjoys working with and managing a multinational team.An experience of 21 years at sea has embedded in me a need of cleaner and hygienic workplace and practices and training my junior staff.I promise that i will be a valuable addition to your kitchen brigade.Looking forward to hear from you...Thanks & Regards,Bivirs.
